His knowledge of process and procedures and how to apply it to our circumstances provided great confidence. Stuart our driver had an excellent approach. Whilst on the journey between church and crematorium he struck very good balance about when to chat and knowing when to leave us to ourselves. Although I had lesser dealings with Hazel and Anne their approach was also a credit to the team.

I cannot rate this place high enough. I went with my mum to arrange her funeral which she wanted to plan. Derek Hume dealt with us and was amazing a credit to the company. He explained everything in detail to us and gave us all

The atmosphere in the place was comfortable, we laughed, we cried but Derek remained professional and matched how we were feeling at the time. Hopefully it will be a while before I need to contact you again but I will have full confidence when the time comes that everything will be dealt with in a professional manner. Thank you

They dealt with my dads funeral arrangements, for my mum, when I was on business in Riga 17 years ago. On that basis, mum specified the same. Fraser, Anne and Pauline, drivers (Davie , sorry forgot other) dealt with mums funeral arrangements with dignity. From the start Fraser made my sis and I comfortable and took away any stress. From that point on we were taken through the whole process in a sensitive and professional way. I could not praise these guys enough.
